Mark Feldman has leaded the workshop for jazz violinists
Star of NY jazz scene Mark Feldman, the award-winning and most valued among young jazz violinists in Europe Adam Bałdych and Finnish professor and concert violinists and violist Ari Poutiainen. These coaches have leaded workshop for jazz violinists (and not onlyf for them) in the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice (July 27 - August 1, 2015).
The Zbigniew Seifert Foundation was the organiser of the workshop which as well organized 1st edition of the Zbigniew Seifert Jazz Violin Competition 2014 with a great success. The event took place in the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice. This wonderful and modern facility, to teach and educate a new generation of jazz virtuosos of the instrument with help of jazz giants.
Workshop was dedicated to violinists and other musicians who play jazz and improvised music on string instruments. There was only one condition: you need to be at least 18.
During 6 days long course there were individual lessons as well as a classes with section of great musicians: Paweł Kaczmarczyk Audiofeeling Trio and jam sessions.
Organiser provided accommodation and local transportation on route Kraków-Lusławice-Kraków.
The cost of the workshop: 150 EURO (650 PLN) + meals.
The number of places was limited.
